WHERE IT STARTED
SVS founder, Sam Louise, began his appraiser career in 2005. He was awarded his MAI Designation by the Appraisal Institute in May 2020, and became an Accredited Senior Appraiser, awarded by the American Society of Appraisers, in July 2020.
Sam founded SVS after recognizing a need in the market for high quality valuation consulting, affordable pricing, and better customer service that built long-lasting relationships with clients.
Today, Sam leads a team of certified appraisers that help business and property owners realize the market value of their properties all across the United States.
We've valued over $6 billion in assets since then across the country.
